• 2008: Advisory in the acquisition and renovation of Rural Resort Estate in Palma de Mallorca Spain by Private Saudi Client: 6000 Square meter of buildup area and 100 000 Square meter of Land Project value: 15,000,000 Euros.
• 2010: Advisory in the sale of a complex of 100 Apartment in the city of Marbella Spain, owned by a Bahraini Real Estate Fund Project value: 20,000,000 Euros.
• 2014: Advisory in the Acquisition of a 4 stars resort in the City of Marbella Spain by a private Saudi Client. Project Value: 9,000,000 Euros.
• 2016: Advisory in the acquisition of a 5 stars Hotel in the City of Barcelona Spain Project value: 40,000,000 Euros.
• Advisory in the acquisition of a London 5-star Hotel by private client
• Brokerage and Advisory of a 5-star Parisian hotel for the account of Qatar investors
• Advisory and Brokerage of a 4-star Hotel in the city of Hamburg, Germany for Saudi Investors.
